Items Required:

1 cup green tea

1 tsp lemon juice

Procedure:

Fill water in a non-reactive pan (glass or stainless steel) and bring to a temperature of 160-170F. Measure 1 tsp of green tea into a sieve and place in 1 cup hot water. Steep for 3 minutes and add lemon juice. Steeping too long make it bitter.

12 cups fresh baby spinach
